Overview
Located between A1A and Hollywood’s Broadwalk, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach is home to Margaritaville, LandShark Landing, 5’Oclock Somewhere, and Lone Palm Beach Bar. The east side of the resort faces the Atlantic Ocean is as close to beach as you can get on Hollywood’s Broadwalk. Each of the bars offers a different experience. Margaritaville features a traditional setting with a replica of Jimmy’s first seaplane, Hemisphere Dancer, hanging from the ceiling and bandstand where talented musicians play island music from 9 PM to 12 AM daily.
LandShark Landing is a second story bar that overlooks the Broadwalk and an outdoor band clamshell featuring music from 7 PM to 9 PM several nights a week. If you want something a bit more extreme, try the FlowRider surfing pool where guests can hang ten and then get a hangover. Surf’s Up. It is fun to watch and great to try, if you dare.
If you are hanging out by the pool visit the Lone Palm Beach Bar that features great food and your favorite boat drink. Check out the action at the pool or watch the crowd stroll by on the Broadwalk.
Outside the property is an old Airstream trailer that will soon feature hot dogs and the like for the passers-by on the Broadwalk.
This is a great resort and it will be ever changing over the next few months as it comes to completion. It is still in a “soft” opening but it was so much fun and we loved it there. All the staff was nice and fun and happy.
