Overview
Tucked away and a bit off the beaten path in Key Largo, you will find Gilbert's Resort. Gilbert's has been around since 1903 and is one of the Florida Keys oldest spots. Gilbert's was once a fishing camp, but today it is a great place to hang out and enjoy the Keysi lifestyle.
Gilbert's is a resort that will surely appeal to the boating and fishing people. A lot of money and attention is going into the tiki hut entertainment area. And, of course, we are all about beach bars. Their waterfront tiki bar has great live entertainment, refreshing drinks and great food. You can grab a seat and a cool drink and enjoy the chatter of your neighbors. You will meet locals and visitors. You can arrive by car or boat and spend the day or a week.
You can find live entertainment at one of the several tiki huts at least once a day. Sometimes, there is live music twice a day. Sometimes, you might catch a magic show or some local talent at the Karaoke night. Key Largo is not a sleepy little fishing village with Gilbert's around.
Gilbert's has its own beach and a nearby swimming pool. Relax on the beach or in the pool and listen to the live bands. Rent a jet ski, dock your boat, stay for awhile. Gilbert's accommodates all wishes.
