Overview
Crabby Joe's is located halfway down SunGlow Pier. In order to get there, you take the pier out over Daytona Beach and over the Atlantic Ocean. Okay, we already told you that once in awhile we list a place that isn't a true Florida beach bar, but it is really interesting and a great place to visit.
There is no live music at this Florida Beach Bar but it is a great little restaurant and bar that hangs out over the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach. You can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner here and you can drink here. Sounds good enough to me.
The views are phenomenal. Crabby Joe's is cute. It really is a restaurant, and not so much a Florida beach bar but, of course, they do have a little bar.
Take a walk out the pier, enter Crabby Joe's and pick a table with a view. Oh, they all have a view. Lean up against the window and watch the sunbathers and boaters. Then, watch the moonglow dance across the waters and think to yourself, "it doesn't get much better than this".
We think Crabby Joe's is a great place and the rating reflects the fact that there is no live music. Without live music Crabby Joe's is more a restaurant than a Florida beach bar. The location of Crabby Joe's allows for great views of the surf and surfers. The windows are always open and the breeze flows through. Watch the surf, listen to the surf and enjoy this unique location.
