Overview
Porky's Bayside is located right on the Overseas Highway in Marathon. Your mouth starts to water when you pull up into the easy access parking lot. There is a smoker sitting right out front which draws you in. Try the Fall Off The Bones Spare Ribs. They also have a fresh selection of local seafood, truly something for everyone!
Porky's serves breakfast daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Enjoy a Porky's Smokehouse breakfast and choose from just about every smoked meat product available. The lunch and dinner menus offer Cajun and southern dishes as well as great bbq dishes. They also serve fresh local seafood.
During Happy Hour 3-6 pm, they offer discounted Beer/Wine/Well Drinks, as well as Porky's Rum Punch and their Famous Mojitos. They also have some great happy hour specials on food including, BBQ Sliders, cajun mahi quesadilla; 30 count peel n eat shrimp, buffalo fish fingers and more! This Florida beach bar claims to sell the coldest beer in the Keys. There are nightly food specials as well.
Every night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM you can listen to live bands while gnawing on your bbq bones. Music and good ribs make a great combination. In season, there is also music on Sunday afternoons from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Interesting fact ---Porky's web site says that Jimmy Hoffa and Elizabeth Taylor were once visitors to this unique location. How cool is that? That is because this little Florida beach bar has been around since the 1950's.
Don't miss this little beach bar when headed to Key West. It comes up just before the 7 mile Bridge.
